I've created a Form Completion event, that is supposed to create a PDF of the form results after the user completes payment through PayPal. For some reason when I get the email notification that has the link to the PDF, the GUID value is all zeros (i.e 0000-00-0000 etc)  For some reason it's not saving the file with a GUID value and therefore it replaces the previous PDF that was created in the form submission before.  I'm not sure what could be causing this.  Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hi Josh,

The PDF event needs to have a lower sort order than the email event so it fires first.  Can you please give the email event a sort order of 1 with the PDF on sort order 0 and test again?  Thanks!

Currently I do have the Sort order set properly.  I have the PDF order of 0 and my first email with a sort order of 1 and my second email a sort order of 2, and it's still not saving correctly.  It's gets a GUID value of all zeros still.  Is ther something else that I can try?

    Hi Josh,

Can you please try to duplicate this over at our test site, www.betasprings.com (use host / dnnhost to log in).  You can export your form here if you like or build a short version on a page, using Dynamic Forms as the parent page.  Then, please give us your results and your page URL so we can review it for you.  Thanks!
