    Just wonderng... if I'm uploading multiple lists for marketing purposes and the same email address appears in multiple lists, is the system smart enough to know it's a duplicate? 

    Say I have a list of teachers and a list of professors.   John is on both lists.  And I upload both lists to the opt-in email system to market my product to them.   How many emails will John get?

    Hi. Well the system is going to treat each email uniquely, if the email existed it would keep that email in the system and just opt them into the category as an additional subscriber. From there, if you distributed a newsletter to multiple opt in lists, it would still only distribute the email once. So if you distributed to 'Opt In List A' and 'Opt In List B' then the subscriber would still only receive one copy of the newsletter.
