How do I decrease the amount of white space between fields on the same row? An example would be on the following form:

http://southtampachamber-org.si-eioswww3.com/Join/tabid/62/Default.aspx

Also, I have some fields that are longer questions with binary answers. The questions all get jumbled in a small space and occupy multiple lines and then they are followed by the checkbox. Formatting just does not look right. Can that be tweaked with CSS?

Jim,

Hi. Dynamic Forms 2.3 includes many new stylesheet classes that you can maintain in the sytlesheet except the main questions table (whoops ). Until the next release you should be able to modify the width directly so that these fields do not appear to be so spread out.

You can modify the file DynamicForms.ascx

Where it says width="100%" in the line below change that to be something like 70 and this should do it. Also increasing your field labels would probably help as well.
TABLE class="DynamicForms_Maintable" id="tblQuestions" cellSpacing="1" cellPadding="1" width="100%" border="0" runat="server"

Let me know if this helps. IF not export your form via IPORTABLE and upload it here so that we can have one of our guys set it up on a development environment and determine the best approach.

Chad,

My question was to the Dynamic Registration model and your response referrd to Dynamic Forms, which I am not using. I am not sure if you are telling me I need that module or if I needed to rephrase my question?

I am actually looking at the DynamicRegistration.ascx, but it is not intuitive to me what I would need to modify to cut down on white space between labels, (I am more of a marketing guy then a developer, which is why I buy great modules like yours versus trying to write something myself.

Jim,

Hi. I see, sorry We have many users with various backgrounds so its always hard to guess but I understand. In this case please use the modules IPORTABLE feature (go to the module menu and click export content) then zip up the file and attach to a forum thread here or a support ticket on Snowcovered. Ill have one of our guys check it out next week to see if a fix is needed or its something easy to handle. We will load your form on www.betasprings.com site to debug/test etc...
