Hi,

I imported a list of 500 users but the mail with the user information (login / password) was incomplete, so I have to resend the email with the correct parameters. Is there a way I can resend a correct mail?  I would like to make a test before doing so. Thanks.

Are you sending the information via the Interactive Email Event or the checkbox just to send their username and password?

Hi

I created an event, but I misspelled the variable "Username" instead of "UserName", so the mail came with the text $(Username). I would like to resend the mail with the correct information only. Thanks.

Hi. Unfortunatly without purging the users and re-creating it, or re-importing it and setting the event to be fired for updates I am not sure of a good work around.

Perhaps you could add a 'test e-mail' button so you can first check the e-mail before you send it to 500 users...

Marnix,

Hi. Well for testing you would really want to make sure all tokens and fields were getting rendered as well. I would suggest either emailing it to yourself using the Interactive Email Event, or run several tests beforehand with just a limited number of users you are importing. For example, setup an import definition with the same exact events/fields/etc... but only for a few users. Then after that you can edit/use the existing import definition but simply upload a new file. This way you can test all areas of the import definition, without having to recreate a new setup or definition etc... Just check the box to use an existing import definitoin, and then choose to reupload a new file for the import.
