Hi

I have just installed News Ticker 1.3 in a DNN 4.08.01 instance in a child site.

In Firefox, the menu does not appear at all, whereas in IE7 it appears but none of the options are functional. Therefore I can't load any news.

Also, in Firefox, the border doesn't show.

Is there a compatibility issue or a patch available?

Many thanks

Tony

Tony,

Hi. I know we have communicated over some emails as well but I just wanted to follow up on this thread for now. I believe at the current time we discovered that its own doing this with a custom skin and have narrowed the issue down to that skin at least (tried to narrow it down to the container level but it was working fine with your custom container). Its possible that both our module and the specific skin are conflicting by using similar variable javascript names (or something similar to this) and I am not really sure on where to start for debugging it. If its a purchased skin you might list the actual name so we can have something to test against or possibly contact another vendor for once of us to change a variable name etc...
