Hi. Well are you already familiar with the 'Export Content' and 'Import Content' features (IPORTABLE features of Dynamic Forms and DotNetNuke)? Basically you would just have to create the form once and then export content, then import content and it would generate all of the questions, completion events, question events, module settings etc... We would for sure still recommend setting up the first form using Dynamic Forms so that you don't miss a key piece to a question or feature (its much more difficult for us to support Dynamic Forms as well if you start manually importing data directly into tables yourselfs if you later run into problems etc...) We are working on a 'Clear' or 'Reset' button and this is discussed in another recent thread. This should be ready for the next minor or major release. -Chad
