Was this module already previously installed? It sounds like there is a module installed with the same name that is conflicting? Also, what version of DNN is this for?

DNN 4.8.2.

I'd had a test install of Opt-In 2.6 on the site. Before installing 3.0 I uninstalled 2.6 and let the uninstall delete all files. There had also been an install of a Datasprings/Flatburger licensing module which I also uninstalled.
