I am building a registration form that provides parent/guardian information, contact information, home address/mailing address information, and enrollment information (up to 15 students)

The questions that I want to hide are relative to the number of students the user plans to enroll.

The user can enroll up to 15 students that will require each students full name, birth date, and current grade. I created a set of fields for each student and selected “Hide until forced visible by question event” for each of these fields.

I also created a dropdown list where the user would select the number of students they plan to enroll titled “Student Enrollment”. I populated this list with 15 choices, requiring that one be selected. For example:

Select # of Students Enrolling (this is the default setting from the drop down list)
Single Student (this is the first choice)
Two Students (second choice)
Three Students (and so on)
Four Students
Five Students
(Up to fifteen students)

I then proceeded to the Question Events section of my Dynamic Registration Form and created 15 new question events to match the 15 choices available in the dropdown list, so that if user selects 5 students from the dropdown list, five sets of fields would become visible, or, if they select 10 students from the dropdown, then ten sets of fields would become visible.

Each question event has been setup by using following steps:

1) Selected “New Question Event”.
2) Entered event name for the first event, OneStudent. Second event, TwoStudent. Etc.
3) Selected “Display hidden question based on another questions response”.
4) Selected “Student Enrollment” from “Initiation/Postback Question” dropdown menu.
5) Selected the choice from the “Initiation Response” dropdown menu that corresponds with the question event. For example; “Single Student” for question event “OneStudent”, “Two Students” for question event “TwoStudent”, and so on.
6) Selected “Student Full Name”, “Birth Date”, and “Current Grade Level” from the “Affected Question” list. For example, I checked one set of fields for “OneStudent” and checked nine sets of fields for “NineStudent”.
7) Selected “Update Question Event” link.
8) Selected “Update Settings” link and returned to form.

From my form, when I select a choice from the Student Enrollment dropdown menu, for example, my first choice “Single Student”, and after my page refreshes, the Student Enrollment drop down list reflected the default setting “Select # of Students Enrolling”, and none of the fields from “OneStudent” event appear.

Any suggestions?
