Hi,

I have just purchased the dynamic tags module. The installation was succesful. Installed it in my home tab but no tags appear (only one word). Everytime I select Access Level Tab I get the following error :

The stored procedure 'dbo.DynamicTags_GetTabModulesHTML'

It seems that sothing was not installed correctly. I am using Dotnetnuke 4.08.02 and 2.0.50727.1433 .net Framework.

What version of DotNetNuke are you running on? Also is there much content on this site at all?

Does this site use object qualifiers? Ill check on the stored procedures for this.

Hi thank u for your reply,

The site uses Dotnetnuke 04.08.02 and SQL Server 2000. I checked the procedure and I did not find the same field structure in the tables used ! To answer your questions Yes the site has content even though I am testing various modules before launching it. If you need to see the URL is http://www.productionsathome.gr

by the way I am not using object qualifiers (if it helps)

This sounds like an installation file that was not updated or something as I am able to use this module in our development environment which is also on 4.8.x. Please open a support ticket and ill get you the same installation version we are running here and determine where specifically you downloaded this so that we can update the file. I apologize for the problems, we can either get you fixed up or get you a refund.

Was this issue resolved?
I am recieving the same error:

A critical error has occurred.
The stored procedure 'dbo.md_DynamicTags_GetPortalModulesHTML' doesn't exist.

please advise.
