Could you put the "Support Forum" page under the "Support" link in the menu system?  It would be a little easier for those of us heading this way......

Hi. Well all of the 'Product forums' can be used for community support questions, support related topics, general enhancement requests, general questions per product, etc... There is no specific 'support forums' area, this is limited to support on Snowcovered (help desk).

Sorry for being unclear, I just meant adding page (http://www.datasprings.com/Default.aspx?tabid=727) in the menu system under the menu item "support" to the left.  Like when you hover over resources, the flyout has "DotNetNuke Books", "recommended resources", etc. etc, when you hover over  "support", the above link would flyout.  It's not a big deal, just a few more clicks as is.  I have a bookmark, just forgot this last time and thought about it.
