Chad, can I force the user to use their first and last name as the user name by filling in the username field with tokens?

If not, is there another way?

Thanks,

Steven

Well.. You could with Dynamic Registration if you used 'Auto Create by First initial Last Name'. Or... You could possibly use a SQL Event but I have not tested that. This was filed under Dynamic Login, did you mean to post this to this thread or should it be Dynamic Registration?

Chad,

I apologize; yes, I meant to post n "Dynamic Registration."

I'm trying to force users to use their real first and last names when registering.

Where do I find "Auto Create...?"

Thanks,

Steven

No worries, I just moved it to Dynamic Registration category.

The 'Auto create user' is under DNN Core Integration, Advanced Integration options. There is currently a few options, I don't think first and last name is one (just first initial last name) but we will review adding that as an additional option down the road.
