I have a section in my form where my "add to previous row" settings aren't behaving. It works for most of the form, but there's a section where I can't make any of them move up.

It was working initially. I'm wondering if something in the latest patch messed it up, but I can't pinpoint it. I've checked the generated HTML, and each of these 5 rows all have only 1 cell, and it doesn't span with width of the row. And I've played with various settings the last couple days.

Any help?

Hi. No, the best thing to do for this would be to 'Export Content' and then 'Import Content' into another module instance, then maybe determine what settings cause it to work/not work. Or, you can upload the file to www.betasprings.com and try and duplicate it there. If you can duplicate it there its easier for us to find out if its a bug or configuration issue, and if there is a work around etc... You can login as host/dnnhost on that site.

I cannot export the content. It's a very long and complex form and I believe there are problems with our SQL servers. Is it possible for me to set up a user with edit permissions on that page and give it to you?

Do you get an error when you choose to 'Export Content' from the module menu? I am referring to the module menu item(s) to Export Content and then go and Import Content. This is not a full backup/restore or anything.

Yes, if you need to give us temporary edit rights please open up a support ticket and provide the URL, security login/pw and page that the form is located on.

Thanks,

Right, from the menu I try to export the modules content. I don't get any errors, not even a time out. It just sits and waits. The brower tells me it's waiting. I've check the server manually and the file hasn't been exported. There's a little slowness overall on the whole site, but it's much more noticable on the form page. But first we're looking at the configuration on our end.

I'm opening up a support ticket through Snowcovered now.
