Hi, I've set a URL link to my news items to link to other pages in our web site as follows:

When I update and go back, the link doesn't work. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi Mark,

Please check if  the pause on hover / pause on click are on?  Can you test what happens when you turn these off?

Thanks,

Candace

Hi Candace,
I previously had pause-on-click off and you could see the hyperlink mouse pointer. When I turned off pause-on-hover the links worked !! However, pause-on-hover is a good feature so reluctant to leave it off. Our DNN version is 4.55 and I purchased News Ticker last week. Please advise.

I hear you, Mark. Our developer is looking into this now and we hope that in the next few weeks, we will have an update where you can pause on hover and still click for a link.

The pause on mouse click and hyperlink combo is not likely to be available anytime soon because you still have click to pause then click to redirect.

Watch out for announcements on this.

Thanks!

Thanks Candace. The usual protocol would be to hover for pausing and then clicking to activate the hyperlink. Just wondering why the pause-on-hover feature is there along with hyperlinks and the two don't work together. Anyway, looking forward to the update for this.
