Hi, I had an old user import 1.0 installed, that was working fine. I purchased and installed the latest version, but I'm getting an error saying that: The stored procedure 'dbo.DataSprings_GetUserImportByPortals' doesn't exist.

I uninstalled completely the module and reinstalled it, but I still have the same error. Any ideas?

Hi. No, not sure what would cause this issue. This stored procedure is only created during the initial 1.0 SQL that is executed so as long as you upgraded or you uninstalled/reinstalled it should work properly. Please open a support ticket for this issue and if possible get us temporary host access. We will make sure its uninstalled/reinstalled correctly or go ahead and execute the SQL necessary for it to work properly.
