My form is set up to have all labels and fields in the same column. Problem is that header, footer and example text is then shown in the same way as the field label. I.e., it's bolded and it's confined to a small area just below and no larger than the label. In all cases the text should not be bolded. And, on text entry fields, the text should should be spread out over the length of the field and not wrapped into a small box at the beginning of the field. Any solution?

Hmmm...

Well I can see the issue since its in one column with the example text but since the field is in the same column I don't see the problem with the question header/question footer? I wasn't able to duplicate any formatting issues on my test form I was testing against (I was able to underline, change the font and font color on question header/footer/example text). I do see an issue though with the example text displaying below the question and not to the right of the field as it should. We are researching this now to determine what needs to be fixed.

Can you maybe let me know more about how you would expect the header/footer to be displayed when the field labels and field are in the same column? Also maybe you can duplicate the formatting issues on the www.betasprings.com site?
