Hi

I'm trying to use the Auto Create UserID for a small form but am receiving an exception  "Guide should contain 32 digits with 4 dashes" when clicking register.

The username is automatically created from the first/last and appears in the user accounts as does the email/city however the first name does not. Perhaps as a flow on from the said error.

You can see the issue on the side form if you try and register here: http://switchsports.com.au/Boats/Wingman.aspx

In other news, the field "Force fields labels and fields on same column?:" loses it's setting after you update the core integration tab.

DR: 3.2 / DNN:4.8.4

Any suggestions on what i need to check for the GUIDE error?

Thanks

Adam

I upgraded to 03.20.60 through the patches and it has resolved the guide error, perhaps snowcovered isn't set with the lastest version as i only purchased two days ago.

However the firstname field is still not updating the profile which is strange given it's being used to create the username and display name.

The core fields are setup correctly.

Is this a bug?

Adam - Thanks, ill check on the download file.

On the other issue - Are you signed in as host or a regular users? The reason I ask is that it cannot keep the value for host users the same as it does with any other user. This is because host accounts have their own set of profile properties (under Host, Super User Accounts) and is different then the main portals profile fields (under Admin, User Accounts, Manage Profile Properties). So, is it doing this for host user or any other type of user?

Hi Chad

When testing, i logged out and tried registering a number of different users, all of which processed fine except the First Name.
