I'm having a problem with getting started with this module. I installed the module through the module definitions page. I then created a new page, added the module, hid the page, and set it as the registration page. Now when i click on manage questions from the module's menu and select "new dynamic field" from the dropdown, nothing happens. Did i do something wrong with the install?? I don't see what i could have missed..

Sorry if this is a stupid question...

Thanks

Adam,

Make sure you are using Internet Explorer. Certain versions of Firefox are not posting back in the area of manage questions/settings.

Good Call! Works in IE. Is there going to be a fix for this soon?

Thanks for the quick response!

Adam,

Well we hope so. We did a lot of research to figure out exactly what was causing this error. It turns out that we can duplicate this problem anytime a Rich Text Editor is used within the DNN Section control. The section control is what allows for the sections to be minimized/maximized from the plus/minus buttons. If we remove all of the section controls the form because WAY too long but we don't have the same problem with the text editor. I did notice that the text editor that is getting distributed with DotNetNuke is slightly older then the latest release of the free text box but not really sure if thats the issue. If anyone else has any information on this please pass it along.

Just to be clear though, all of the 'user-facing' areas of the module work with Firefox, only some of the back-end features where this problem occurs.

I wanted to let everyone know that we found a fix for this and it will be corrected in the 2.4 release which is due out in Mid February.
