I can't  choose which (dnn portal) user roles i want to mail in the advanced email part of this module. How can i solve this? In the dnn admin menu under newsletters are no problems...

Another questions:

I can't send asynchronous en bcc emails. Is it serverdepending, or just a module setting?

Thanks,

Leon

Leon,

Hi. This feature was removed because it was confusing many users. Basically you can still distribute based on roles in the standard newsletter module however the advanced newsletter module should really be meant for distributing to opt in email lists. The reason we removed it originally is because users were expecting parameters to also be replaced (such as first name, last name, etc...) and also because at this time the module was distributing duplicates if the user was in both the opt in email list and also the role. We have had many other comments about this though so I wouldn't be surprised if it made it into future updates. Additionally we are working on some enhancements to add scheduling to the opt in email module as well.

As far as the asynchronous you should be ok but ill double check the latest release. Not sure if you can use parameters with that method but ill look.
