I have a client who is not completely sure her newsletters are getting sent out and so I had a look at the scheduled newsletter history in the web interface and through the db.
I ran the following query:
SELECT PreviousDistributionID, PreviousNewsletterID, OptInEmailID, EmailAddress, Status, SentDateTime, PortalID, Inactive FROM DataSprings_OptInEmailPreviousDistribution WHERE (PortalID = 23) ORDER BY PreviousNewsletterID, EmailAddress, SentDateTime
What I am curious about is that I see in the result set the same email addresses (most of them) repeated from 2 to 4 times in very close intervals... Does this mean that the newsletter was sent to that address more than once?
I am more curious than anything.
