Hi,

I reported some problems using Opt-In Newsletter 2.60. When trying to add an e-mail to distributed scheduling it just sends me to a blank page and doesn't add the mail to the scheduling. Also, we are working with a project involving 46.000 users. When I try to import a list of user from DNN roles, it imports only 32.000 users.

Any idea on why is this happening?

Thanks in advance.

Hi. As far as adding an e-mail, are you adding it in the textbox or is the email already in a distribution opt in category/list? It shouldn't ever send a blank email but the advanced newsletter is actually meant to send only to users/email in the specific opt in email category/list (we removed the textbox for add seperate emails in v3.0).

As far as the list is concerned, it probably has an issue that is causing one of the issues. Maybe one of the specific users its trying to import is throwing an error. Does it give you an error or just not import them? Very odd, we can help you with a query that would manually import the users from SQL. This might be the best option for you.

Oh and by Manual I mean you would need to manually run the SQL under Host, SQL but I think we could help you in figuring out the query to execute.
