I'm using the GridView / Survey field in one of my forms, and when the results are emailed there are no marks in the generated table indicating what the user has chosen. Is there any way to fix this?

HI John, are you sure you set it up correctly? It works fine on my test setup.
1) Make sure the top entry in the list "Represents the grid column" check the box
2) Make sure you have radiobutton or checkbox checked for "Grid / Survey Inner control type"
3) then in your email event, just refer to the shortname token

Yep, I've done all those. I'm beginning to think that my mail client just isn't showing the check mark images for whatever reason. I looked at the source of the email and the image is actually there, just not rendering.

Hi John,

Have you confirmed that this is because of the mail client?  I'm curious in case another user encounters the problem.  Thanks!

Candace
