Hi, want a userid to be added to the forms result. I add a question to the form, makes it hidden, and with the $(UserId) token as the default value in the question advanced settings, but when i look at the excel the token is not replaced with the actual userid.

Am i missing something?

You might have to set a default value such as 'Select '$(UserID' as DefaultValue' as your SQL for the default value. You might also make it a textbox to make sure its coming in and then once you confirm its coming in properly change it to hidden field.

Thx, dont know if i understand correctly but below is my best guess how should work but it does not work

i create a Dynamic Question with a text field, then under the question Advanced Field Options i configure Default Value to be SQL Driven with the parameter Select '$(UserID)'

save/update and the field in the form is empty

You must name the column you are returning 'DefaultValue'

So instead of:

Select '$(UserID)'

Try:

Select '$(UserID)' As DefaultValue
