I have a form where I'm asking users to purchase the following:

1.) 3 month subscription (1 time payment)
2.) 12 month subscription (1 time payment)
3.) Monthly subscription (monthly recurring forever until cancelled)

These are setup as radio buttons on the form.  So I have 2 questions:

1.) How to configure the form builder using Paypal to differentiate between the 1 time payment and the monthly recurring?  There doesn't seem to be a way to specify which item was selected so there is no way to tell PayPal to handle item #3 differently from items #1 and #2.  The only option is to pass through the price.

My thought is to setup a completion event based upon what is selected that takes the user to yet another set of forms: one of two forms -- a form that handles the one time charges and another that handles the monthy recurring.  I guess that's OK for a few items, but that is really painful for more than a few.  In addition, even for a few items it really breaks the workflow.  Any other ideas?

2.) If I wanted to setup a form with checkboxes so users could select more than one item, I see from one of the demo forms on this site that this is possible -- but only by summing the total and sending that forward.  There doesn't appear to be a way to include what items were purchased and their individual costs.

Thanks for your help.

Shawn,

Thanks for sharing your concerns.   I wanted to let you know that we are reviewing these items.    Some issues may be fixed rather quickly and some may have to wait for the next few releases.  We appreciate your comments.
