When attempting to view the form results the message below is logged and the results are not displayed. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the module to no avail. Any help or suggestions? Thank you for your time.

Christopher,

We discovered an issue with a SQL query not including the correct object qualifier parameter within the SQL script. Since it sounds like your installation uses an object qualifier (i.e. dnn_ prefix for all tables) this would cause the issue. I will send you over the correct install to uninstall/reinstall. If you still continue to have issues after that let me know.
