Hi

I created a form and have ti working I think OK, but the problem is after the user completes the form and revisits the site again, the form disappears.  The user can navigate to the page where the form is located, but the form is not displayed.  If you delete your cookies, close your browser and visit the site again, you can see the form.  Any suggestions on how to correct this?

Hi Sharon,

Can you please tell me what browser you're on?  Are you able to duplicate this using a different browser?  Also, please let us know what module version you have and what DNN version.  These will help identify where this problem might be coming from.

Thanks,

Candace

Under Module Configuration... Check the feature to 'Only allow form submission once per user?'.

Is this feature turned on? If so, simply un-check this feature. If you are wanting to use this feature you can set a message under layout/settings for the 'Single submission notice'.

Hi Chad

This worked perfectly. We are using IE 7 and Safari 3.1.2

Regardless - this is exactly what was needed. It was driving me crazy trying to figure this out.

thanks so much
Sharon
