I have a form completion event that inserts my form data after the user successfully pays through paypal.  I just moved this to production today and everything was working great and then I noticed I had some user information get inserted  twice(duplicate)?  That is the only time that has happened so I am really confused what caused that to happen?
Form completion event: evtInsertFormData
PayPal Payment Status: Completed (Standard)
Thanks,
Troy

Hi. Hmmm... So you only have it linked to one PayPal Payment Status? You might temporarily change it to email so that you know exactly when it happens. Can you duplicate this at all from the Sandbox environment?

Another thing you can do is go to Admin, Event Viewer, and from there go into the module menu and enable debugging for DEBUG INFO. This will then log all of your PayPal IPN responses that come in.

Chad,

Yes, I only have it linked to one PayPal Payment status (Completed). This only happened one time and I have not been able to duplicate it from the Sandbox. I will enable debugging and see where that leads me. I THINK this was just a fluke type thing! If it happens again...you know me...I will let you know
