I could have sworn that I already posted this issue, but it doesn't seem to be showing up on the forums, so I'll risk a double post and post again....

Ok, the custom HTML field in dynamic forms does not update properly. I have tried a couple different ways of updating it and none seem to work. I can work around this for the moment by deleting the field and recreating it every time, however, this will get old rather quickly.

Another thing to note is that the short name for the custom HTML field does not show up on the edit page's dynamic question dropdown list. This could get rather confusing if several of custom HTML fields were needed for a form.

Hi. I just tested the latest release and cannot duplicate the updating of the html fields. Is this updating the text/html or also updating other items in the update such as the sort order etc... Another issue could be if you are adding HTML larger then 300 characters you will need to change the field in the database to allow a larger number of characters.

I also wanted to add that there are several new features coming in up 2.1 for Dynamic Forms including a few new field types and other features.

It was actually updating of the settings(sort order, etc) as well as the text itself. Niether seemed to work. Although, I just tested it this morning and it seems to be working now.....

However, the edit page dropdown list does label all of the text/HTML sections as "Custom HTML field." This isn't a large issue, but it could get quite annoying if multiple text/HTML sections were needed. I know the ddl is populated with question field and the text/HTML field does not have this attribute, thus the neccessity for the "Custom HTML field" signifier. However, I would think it would be much more intuitive for users if the short name field was used to populate the ddl, at least in the case of the text/HTML fields. Just a suggestion.
