Hi,

I have just found out that some of the dynamic fields I've created don't show up in the Completion Events dropdown labeled "Dynamic Fields" while others show up twice.

Specific example:

I have a checkbox in the registration form "Send me newsletter", but I can't find it in that drop down. I have other checkboxes in the form too, and they show up properly. Other fields that are not checkboxes show up twice. I deleted the "Send me newsletter" field and recreated it, and the result is the same.

One way I was able to make it appear is if I cloned it with a different name. Then the new clone appeared twice in the drop down. I set up the event (which is to add the user to the Newsletter DNN role if they check the box) with the cloned question. Then I went to erase the original question and when I went back to Events to check the event was no longer properly set up and BOTH "Send me newsletter" choices in the dropdown were gone.

I just checked directly inside the DynamicRegistration_Question table in the DB and I have the "Send me newsletter" question showing up 3 times there with different DynamicQuestionID. Two of them are marked as InActive with -1. None of them show up in the Events dropdown...that's only for the Completion Events.

Little bug maybe? Help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Emil

Emil,

Very odd as well, this appears to have come up with the 3.3.6 release as well. We will have a fix for this out by end of day today probably.

Ok. The 3.1 release has just been added under Patches & Hot Fixes... We have been testing the 3.1 beta over the last few days and it appears to be working great (added payment gateway).

This release also fixes the issue with the region you brought up and also the issue with some fields appearing twice and others not appearing in the completion events.

Chad,

Fabulous! Version 3.1 resolved this issue. Thanks so much!
