I do not know how to enable the scheduler for Opt-In email.  No doubt I've lost my mind but I cannot find instructions on how to do this.  on my host scheduler setup I see various native dotnetnuke services and one installed by another 3rd party module. Is this where the Opt-In scheduler should be installed?

Ken,

The Opt In Scheduler comes with the standard Opt In Email installation. You can verify it under Host, Schedule, and verify that the Opt In scheduler is enabled there. You can also manage it (and turn it on) if you go to Advanced Newsletter 'Settings' area. Within the settings area you can enable the scheduler including the schedule distribution number and so forth (i.e. send 200 every 60 minutes etc...)
