Client is using Opt-In Mail 3.0 and wants to receive an e-mail each time someone signs up for a Newsletter on his site. 

What should I do to accomplish this?

Hi. We have this on the list of approved feature requests that will be added to the next release. I can't give the exact date for the release yet, however its the next major release after Dynamic Registration 3.2 which is going out in the next week. So... sometimes in the next few months.

I need the ability to be notified when someone makes any change to their subscriptions..ie opts in OR out of a newsletter.

Hi. This feature is coming... Its one of the most requested enhancements and its on the way (next release, and this next release is the next major module release we have coming up). Will probably be within the next 2 months, this was just awaiting Dynamic Registration and Dynamic Forms releases and there are many enhancements on the way for Opt In Email.
