any ideas on this error people,

im just creating a poll like normal, exactly the same questions as other polls all of a sudden its starting to throw the error above

It makes sense what you said , however i do not know really what the issue was. The poll name was exactly the same as the previous 50 polls

I removed the module from the page and added it again and it seemed to resolve the issue. I was stressing I though all my hard work was gonna be in vain.

I just want to take this opportunity to feedback to yous about the module , it has enabled me to build a really really excellent web site with this module at the core. The site has not yet been released but when it is you will see where this module has really performed.
