any ideas on this error people,

 

A critical error has occurred.

im just creating a poll like normal, exactly the same questions as other polls all of a sudden its starting to throw the error above

 heres the data from the event viewer

Hi. This error itself means that the database table column that you are interesting data to is longer than whats allowed. For example lets say that 'Poll Name' had a maximum number of characters in it of 50 but you attempted to insert 51 characters. This error should be prompted before you receive an ugly message like this though. Can you tell me which specific properties or settings you were setting when this happened? IF you can let us know which specific field was not large enough in the database we can get a fix for you.

It makes sense what you said , however i do not know really what the issue was. The poll name was exactly the same as the previous 50 polls

I removed the module from the page and added it again and it seemed to resolve the issue. I was stressing I though all my hard work was gonna be in vain.

I just want to take this opportunity to feedback to yous about the module , it has enabled me to build a really really excellent web site with this module at the core. The site has not yet been released but when it is you will see where this module has really performed.
