I have followed the instructions but am running into a problem. When I try to add the new web part (Site Settings->New) it does not show up in the list for me to add.

 

The only step I am not sure of is adding the .dll to the GAC? I think I did it right though. Can you provide specific instructions for that?

 

Also, is there supposed to be a .WebPart file in the .zip file that I download? The instructions say that you can also just import/upload the .WebPart file but I do not have that file.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Ok, I got it installed. It was an error on my part.

 

But now I am having the same problem as the other person in the forums. The pictures do not show up. I will give it a bit and see if they start appearing.

Yes, make sure you are using JPG images only within your gallery. Flash only accepts BASELINE JPG'S. You can verify they are baseline by re-saving the images Microsoft Paint just to make sure. Other than that make sure you have entered settings for all of the options (such as time etc...). You might review the user guide for all of the setting options.
