1) I have installed the MOSS 2007 successfully.
 2) Then by following the Central Administration ->
    SharePoint Site Management -> Create site collection
    I got a successfull message of site collection creation.
 3) But accessing the Url http://abrar:5900/Operations show me the following message
    "The page cannot be displayed.
    The page you are looking for is currently unavailable.
    The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties,
    or you may need to adjust your browser settings."

    While for the above url "http://abrar:5900/Operations"
    abrar -> machine name
    5900  -> Port on which site collection was created
    Operations -> Name of site collection

    If there is any idea to resolve this issue , then please
    give me a chance of thanks.
