new to the springs

I have completed all the steps to add the webpart. However, when I went to add it to the GAC, it said it couldn't because it states: "The assembly must have a strong name." Can someone point me in the right direction? Thank you.

Hmmm, It actually was created with a strong name (all dll's added to the GAC require a strong name) Ummm.... Hmmm.... What operating system are you running on?
