Hi everyone

I am very new to working with Sharepoint 2007. My question is how do you create forms within Sharepoint.

I basically wish to add a form to the website I am working on which enables people to complete some general information.

The form I would like to create is regarding broken links on the website I am working on. I have no idea where to start on creating this.

Could someone please advise. Is this something which could be easily done by using one of the MOSS templates in Sharepoint 2007.

I really hope someone can advise me on how to do this.
