    It would be good to be able to define custom tokens that can be used in RR (or maybe shared across other DS products).

    These tokens could store such things as subscription costs and used in emails. Using them would mean when say a subscription cost changes we only have to make the change in 1 location and it flows to all locations.

    The value of the token would be determined either by SQL (against local or external DB) or just textbox.

    HI, well what you can do is go into Host / Lists and create a new list sql table here to define your subscription cost,etc. Then when you use Dynamic Forms / Dynamic Registration / Dynamic Views or some other DS products, use an SQL query to obtain the value from this table. -- David
