I am in the middle of choosing Dynamic Form or Dynamic Registration from datasprings to use for my portal. SO i need your advice which on to use here

My portal is for both business owners and customers.

Customer can register and write review about a business. So customer has no fee to use at all

Business owner can register then post information about business, there will be a fee for doing that.

So what I have min mind is when user click on Register link to go to register page, I will have a simple dropdown menu and ask them: Who are you? Customer or Business Owner?

Whichever selection user chooses up there can take user to a registration form.

Can you recommend me to use Dynamic Form for this or Dynamic Registration for this?

    Thanks

HI, for registration of customers / owners, etc. you would use Dynamic Registration which automatically maps to DNN core profile properties so a user can update their profile / registration information. Also, you would set up role completion events to add them to specific roles based on whether they are a business owner or customer, etc.

Dynamic Forms is for general purpose form creation but it doesn't tie the fields to user core profile properties.

On the other hand, once you use Dynamic Registration for managing/controlling registration, you would need a general purpose form creation module like Dynamic Forms to post general information that isn't tied to DNN core profile fields.

You can check out some of our form demos at:

Any other questions, etc. feel free to respond back.
