Support Policy for Super Bridges


We, at Data Springs, stand behind our products and aim to provide the best possible support to our customers.  Two levels of support are available to address issues.  Pro Mobile Services and Custom Services are also offered to meet specific needs.

Standard Support

Standard Support is available to address the following within the first 90 days of purchase:

  • Standard Bridge installation and configuration.
  • Product features not working properly as documented within user guide.
  • General questions, help, advice,  or assistance our products' specific capabilities.
 
Support can be accessed by filling out the Bridge Support Request Form <link>. A Data Springs representative will use available resources and knowledge base to answer questions and/or resolve issues during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. PST, except during holidays).   If an issue is identified as a bug, the issue will be listed for further review and we will attempt to include a fix in the next patch or scheduled release.  Patches are released based on the extent of the problem, the resources we have available to fix the issue and other priorities already scheduled.
 
Outside of the normal process for scheduled bug fixes, an urgent requirement to address an identified bug will fall within Premium Support.


Premium Support

Premium Support is offered for additional requirements beyond what is covered in Standard Support including:

  • Assistance in Bridge installation and setup resulting from specific site requirements beyond the standard Bridge setup as described in the system requirements in the User Guide.
  • Access to direct support via GoTo Meeting, Skype or other meeting media.
  • Direct implementation of the product involving integration with existing files, tables, other data source.
  • Standard support beyond 90 days of purchase.
  • Fixes required sooner than the normally scheduled patches and releases.
  • Priority support over standard support.

Premium Support is available at an hourly rate of  $150.00.  Delivery schedule will vary depending on client urgency, staff availability and scope of project.  Overtime may be assessed on projects on extremely tight deadlines.

Data Springs offers custom services to tailor our Bridges to specific customer needs.

Custom Services

Data Springs offers custom services to tailor our Bridges to specific customer needs.   The following fall within Custom Services:

  • A customized and branded App presence in the App Store.
  • Modifications / Changes to source code – this includes any assistance if you purchased the source code and need to modify it, or if you need to have us modify the source code to meet a specific requirement.
