It isn't easy to look at this attached image and provide you with an accurate Colspan/Rowspan for each Question.
It can be difficult providing a pleasing layout using Dynamic Form tables as the form layout. If you know CSS, I would recommend using the Responsive Layout(DIV's) for the Dynamic Form. You can then place each element exactly as need be. Responsive Layout is a new feature is Dynamic Forms
If you're using the table layout, you'll need to consider the combination of the following features on a Question level:
Under Question Look & Feel:
Rowspan, Colspan, Question in the same row as previous question, Question in the same cell as previous question.
Getting the right combination of the features outlined above can achieve the layout you're looking for. I apologize that I can't provide an easy formula for you to use and simply plug-in.
