Create folders for user images upon registration

I am currently testing out the dynamic registration module, and i am looking for help with uploading files when users are registering on my site. Currently when the user registers an account they upload an image and it goes into a central DynamicRegistration_Images folder in portal/0. The issue is when these files are uploaded their filenames are changed and all from an admin side all youre getting is a folder full of images with no identity as to where they came from.

 I am hoping to be able to create a folder for these images once the user registers, and the folder will be created with their username/any piece of information that can be used to identify what images belong to what users.
